What is freeze-dried food?

It's a type of food from which water has been removed through a cold process that preserves its flavor, nutrients, and texture to the fullest. It's real food, ready to enjoy with just the addition of water.

What is the difference between freeze-dried and dehydrated?

Freeze-drying is done at a low temperature and preserves the food's nutrients, flavor, and texture much better. Dehydration uses heat, which can further affect final quality.

Does freeze-dried food need to be cooked?

Just add hot water (or cold in an emergency), wait a few minutes... and that's it! No more cooking or fuss.

How is it prepared?

Open the container, pour water up to the indicated mark, stir well, close the package, and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Some products can also be heated directly in a pot if you prefer.

How much water should be added?

Each dish has exact instructions, but generally between 150 ml and 400 ml are added, depending on the type of recipe.

What does it taste like compared to traditional food?

Freeze-drying preserves the original flavors, even enhances them, so it's like eating home-cooked.

Are the ingredients natural?

Yes. We use natural ingredients, without artificial preservatives or colorings. We focus on honest and tasty recipes.

What kind of activities is it designed for?

Ideal for mountaineering, hiking, cycling, traveling, excursions, van getaways... or to have at home as a quality fast food.

Is it suitable for taking on planes or long trips?

Yes, because it's lightweight, compact, and liquid-free, you can easily pack it in your suitcase. Perfect for practical travelers.

Can it be consumed directly from the container?

Of course. Our containers are designed to be eaten directly from, without the need for a plate. Less weight, less mess.

Is it useful for emergencies or survival situations?

A lot. It lasts a long time, takes up very little space, and doesn't require refrigeration. It's an excellent option to always have on hand.

Nutrition and Health

Is it a nutritionally balanced meal?

Yes, our recipes are designed to be complete and balanced: a good source of energy, protein, and fiber, with an ideal nutritional profile for demanding activities.

Does it provide enough calories for demanding activities?

Of course. Each serving provides between 400 and 600 kcal (depending on the dish), perfect for replenishing your energy after a day of activity.

Are there vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free options?
Can I take it if I have any food allergies?

Packaging and Preservation

How long does unopened freeze-dried food last?

Between 2 and 5 years, depending on the product. Thanks to sealing and freeze-drying, it remains in perfect condition for a long time.

How should I store it once opened?

If you have any leftovers, seal the package tightly and store it in a cool, dry place. We recommend consuming it within a few days of opening.

Are the packaging recyclable or sustainable?

Yes. We use recyclable and, in many cases, compostable packaging. We also focus on responsible, low-impact production.

What is the size and weight of the package?

Very light and compact: each serving weighs between 100 and 150 g and fits in the palm of your hand. Ideal for carrying in a backpack without taking up space.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

You don't need a password to create an account on our website. To log in, simply enter your email address and we'll send you a one-time access code.

Can I change my customer information?

You can modify, add, or delete your addresses by logging into your account and clicking "View Addresses."

Orders

What is the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order in "Order History" in your customer account. If you placed the order as a guest, it won't appear in your account, but you'll receive a confirmation email once it's shipped and a tracking number.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Of course. If you're from Sitges or the surrounding area (or planning to come for tourism), you can choose "Pick up in store" when completing your order. Our store is located at...

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order or add/remove a product, you must contact us via chat as soon as possible because once submitted, it cannot be modified.

How can I cancel an order?

You can chat with us to cancel your order if it hasn't left our warehouse yet. Once it's shipped, it can't be canceled. If you don't want your order upon receiving it, you can reject it and not sign for it. It will automatically be returned to our warehouse, and we'll refund you the corresponding amount upon receipt.

How can I use my discount code?

When you pay for your order, on the cart page you'll see a box on the right that says discount code. You enter it there, click apply, and that's it.

Shipping

How long do shipments take?

Before paying for your order, you can choose the standard package with a delivery time of 2-3 business days, or the premium package with a delivery time of 1-2 business days.
We're talking about shipping to mainland Spain. For more information, check out the shipping information.
Please note that delivery times are based on business days. Delivery and collection are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING to mainland Spain is available if your order exceeds €99. Otherwise, standard shipping costs €4.99 and expedited shipping costs €6.99.

Do you ship products protected?

Of course. We ship all our products well protected with foam padding to prevent damage during shipping.

Can my order be shipped to another address?

Of course, if you want to send a gift to someone else, simply enter their address before completing the order.

Which company is responsible for making deliveries?

We work with Correos to make our shipments.

Returns

If I receive a damaged product, what can I do?

You must send us an email with your name, order number, a brief description of the problem, and, if possible, detailed photos of the damage.
In less than 48 hours, we'll tell you what to do, depending on whether it's a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping.

How long do I have to request a refund or exchange?

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

How do I receive a refund for a return?

We issue refunds using the same method used to make the purchase.
There may be exceptions if the system doesn't allow us to do so, in which case we'll contact you to see how best to handle it.

When will I receive my refund?

We'll process the refund as soon as we receive the returned products at our warehouse and verify that everything is correct. From that point on, the processing time will depend on the payment method you used, usually between 2 and 3 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Credit/Debit Card: We use major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. In some cases, the bank may ask for a PIN to complete the purchase. In others, a text message is sent, but this depends on each customer's current bank policy.
  • Shop Pay: Powered by Shopify, it lets you checkout faster by securely storing your shipping and payment details.
  • PayPal: We use the platform of one of the most widely used and secure payment systems.
  • Google Pay: It's a quick and easy way to pay. It gives you everything you need to process your purchases and keeps your information safe. Plus, you can manage your account on our website and in the Google app.
  • Apple Pay: If you're an iPhone user, you're probably already familiar with it. You can use it on our website to pay quickly and securely.
  • BIZUM: Secure and fast payment with a Bizum, but easier because you won't have to log into your bank. Our website redirects you directly so you can complete the transaction.
  • Bank transfer: Make your payment directly into our bank account.
What is the account number to pay by transfer?

When you complete your order, we'll provide you with all the information you need to make the transfer or deposit into your account, if you prefer.

If I pay by transfer, what do I put in the concept?

Please use the order number as a payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the payment has been received. If you'd like to expedite the process, you can email us proof of payment.
