Our Bolognese is a practical and tasty reinterpretation of Italy's most emblematic sauce. Meat and vegetables are slowly cooked with ripe tomatoes and well-balanced spices, creating a rich and deep sauce that embraces every strand of pasta.

First, we cook everything with homemade broth and a touch of extra virgin olive oil, respecting the tradition and flavor of the recipe. Then we carefully freeze-dry it, preserving the intensity and texture of each ingredient.

The final result is an artisan freeze-dried meal, light, easy to prepare, and very tasty: a real Bolognese in adventure format, ready by just adding hot water.

ARTISANALLY PRODUCED MENU

1. Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber.
2. Pour in 266 ml of boiling water.
3. Stir well. Close. Allow to rehydrate.
4. Wait 10 minutes and enjoy.
