Our freeze-dried chicken fideuá is an adaptation of a spectacular recipe that refuses to be the paella's little sister. Traditional cooking, designed to accompany you on any adventure or journey.
With a spoon or a fork, either works to dive into this dish where chicken and vegetables are combined with a tasty homemade broth. In this version, the true protagonist is the thick noodle, which brings body and character to the recipe.
We cook the fideuá slowly and then freeze-dry it, respecting the process and the product. The result is an artisan freeze-dried meal, comforting, light, and easy to prepare, designed for when you're on the go.

PREPARATION METHOD
- Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber.
- Pour 300 ml of boiling water.
- Stir well. Close. Let rehydrate.
- Wait 10 minutes and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken broth (leek, carrot, onion, mushrooms, salt), pear tomato, pasta (wheat semolina (gluten)), chicken, red pepper, onion, asparagus, garlic, fine salt, choricero pepper (choricero pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid), saffron, sweet paprika.

Contains: gluten. May contain traces of: egg, soy and mustard. Produced in a workshop where other foods are handled.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Our freeze-dried meals currently have a best-before date of 6 months.
We produce in small batches and validate product evolution with an external laboratory. Although freeze-drying allows for much longer durations, we prefer to proceed step by step and rely on real data.
As we continue to obtain results, these periods will be extended with the same rigor with which we cook. For now, we guarantee what we know well: quality, safety, and good judgment. Like everything we do at ØKRE, straight from the kitchen.
