Our freeze-dried vegetable noodle meal is ØKRE's most street-style version. A deep dive into the most characteristic flavors you can find in oriental markets.
A vegan recipe where we give prominence to great culinary characters such as soy and tamarind, accompanied by fresh vegetables from the local market and soy as a protein source.
We cook first and freeze-dry later, respecting the process and the product. The result is a handcrafted freeze-dried meal , light and easy to prepare, designed for this recipe to be the star of any adventure.

PREPARATION METHOD
- Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber.
- Pour in 250 ml of boiling water.
- Stir well. Close. Let rehydrate.
- Wait 8 minutes and enjoy.

Contains: wheat (gluten), sesame and soy. Made in a workshop that handles foods containing nuts.

Our freeze-dried meals currently have a best-before date of 6 months .
Freshness guarantee: We manage our stock to ensure that any meal you receive has at least 30 days of shelf life . This way you can plan your next adventures with complete peace of mind.
We make our products in small batches and validate the product's evolution with an external laboratory. Although freeze-drying allows for longer durations, we prefer to advance step by step based on real data. Like everything we do at ØKRE, from the kitchen.
