Our freeze-dried mushroom risotto is an Italian classic reimagined for adventure. A slow-cooked meal that combines creamy rice with a selection of mushrooms that provide a deep flavor without losing the magic of their texture.

Cooked with homemade broth and a touch of extra virgin olive oil, it achieves the right creaminess thanks to the just proportion of cheese. We cook first and then freeze-dry, respecting the process and the product.

The result is a handmade freeze-dried meal, light to carry but intense in flavor: a small luxury when you're away from home.

PREPARATION METHOD
  1. Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber.
  2. Pour in 340 ml of boiling water.
  3. Stir well. Close. Let rehydrate.
  4. Wait 10 minutes and enjoy.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Our freeze-dried meals currently have a best-before date of 6 months .

We produce in small batches and validate the product's evolution with an external laboratory. Although freeze-drying allows for much longer durations, we prefer to proceed step by step and rely on real data.

As we continue to obtain results, these deadlines will be extended with the same rigor with which we cook. For now, we guarantee what we know well: quality, safety, and good judgment. Like everything we do at ØKRE, straight from the kitchen.
